Below you can see exactly which phases a financing project goes through, which documents are helpful at each stage, and how we work together toward the right solution.

Step 1

Initial Consultation and Analysis

In the first step, it’s all about gaining a clear understanding of your situation.
We talk about your goals, your plans, and the framework of your financing — for example, whether you want to buy, build, or restructure your financing.

The aim is to realistically assess your starting point and build the next steps on that foundation.

Helpful documents for this stage include:

  • Completed Self-Disclosure Form (Download below)
  • Your last three payslips
  • Year-end payslip from the previous year
  • Proof of equity (e.g., bank statements, building savings contracts)
  • If available property documents or exposé

Tip: Think already before the first meeting about how much equity you plan to contribute. These documents help me understand your financial situation and address your project with clarity and confidence.

Step 2

Offer Comparison

Once all relevant information is available, I begin comparing offers from various banks and financing partners.
This step is not just about interest rates — it also includes terms, flexibility, and conditions that make sense given your life situation.
I carefully review the offers, explain the differences in a way that’s easy to understand, and show you which options are truly worthwhile.

Additional information that helps at this stage:

Application and Processing

Once you have chosen an offer, I take over the entire application process and coordination with the bank.
I prepare all documents thoroughly, ensure that everything is complete, and guide you through the entire process up to the binding financing confirmation.

The goal is for you to be worry-free and always know exactly where things stand.

This phase includes:

  • Updates to you at every status change
  • Support with any follow-up inquiries from the bank

During processing, I remain your direct point of contact and keep you informed every step of the way.
That way your financing proceeds smoothly, transparently, and stress-free — right up to the bank’s approval.

Step 4

Completion and Disbursement

After approval, I continue to support you through the final step of your financing.
I check that all documents are complete and that the funds are released smoothly. I stay in close contact with the bank and continue to be available as your point of contact.

This phase focuses on finalizing the details and ensuring everything is executed exactly as planned.

In this step I assist with:

  • Coordinating disbursement arrangements with the bank
  • Reviewing contract documents and terms
  • Support with any additional documentation if needed
  • Coordinating between bank, notary, or seller as required

Even after the financing is complete, I remain available for questions or adjustments — whether it’s regarding a later refinancing, a subsequent financing phase, or just general advice.
