Mónica Wagner

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, I began my professional career with an apprenticeship as a bank clerk at Deutsche Bank S.A. in Argentina. Early on, I developed a strong passion for financing solutions and direct client interaction. After moving to Germany, I successfully continued my career at Deutsche Bank, later taking on leadership responsibility in the field of real estate financing in the Königstein area.

Today, I use my many years of experience to support people in turning their housing dreams into reality. What defines my work is the combination of professional expertise, independence, and a strong sense for the individual needs of my clients. I take the time to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way and place great value on transparent, fair, and sustainable solutions.

As an independent real estate financing broker in the Rhine-Main region, personal contact is at the center of my work — always with the goal of finding the best possible financing solution and making the entire process as transparent and comfortable as possible.
